Rare roast ribeye beef ~ served hot
Roasted chicken breasts stuffed with sundried tomatoes, cream cheese, spinach, wrapped in bacon

3. Three Course Lunch Menu

Entree:

A choice of - Soup of the day

or Mini Caesar Salad

or Rare Roast Beef on salad green with horseradish aioli,
served with home made bread rolls

Main:

Chicken Supreme stuffed with basil pesto & brie wrapped in bacon. Accompanied with spicy blueberry compote. Minted gourmet potatoes & seasonal vegetables.

Or

Lamb Back straps – pan seared cooked med/rare upon a warm potato salad accompanied with saute←ed asparagus (seasonal)


Dessert:

Citron Tart with lemon mascarpone and passion fruit sorbet or chocolate torte with berry coulis & vanilla bean ice cream
