Laze & Graze Waipara Springs

Waipara Springs is proud to be a part of the Feast of Canterbury 2010.

The Feast of Canterbury is Canterbury’s newest and largest culinary festival which will run from 1st September – 20th September 2010. It provides ‘an opportunity for the regions finest restaurants, wineries, growers and personalities to showcase their food and beverage talents’. The event has been modelled on the existing popularity and longevity of similar festivals including the Sydney International Food Festival, Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and closer to home, Wellington on a Plate. The event culminates in a four day finale, which includes DeCant – a wine tasting event at Riccarton House.

Waipara Springs Restaurant and Cafe is registered as a Regional Hero, and as part of the event brings to you our inaugural Laze & Graze Waipara Springs Event.

Laze and graze your way through an indulgent 7 course degustation menu - the perfect way to experience the finest local produce of North Canterbury.
