We have taken the opportunity again on this despatch to introduce you to our Bascand label in our portfolio which adds varietal selection. Should you wish to reorder any of the wines marked with an *, a special cellar club mail order discount of 20% will apply and be available to you until the end of November (25% discount still applies for takeaway). 2010 Waipara Springs Blush – Pre release
This wine shows lifted floral notes with touches of spice and fresh peach skin. The palate is crisp and slightly off dry in style with great texture and finesse. Drink now – 2013

This intensely scented Dry Riesling exhibits aromas of fresh ginger and mandarin peel with sweet notes of honey suckle. The palate is full and rich with ripe citrus flavours and a crisp dry finish. Food: Match with fresh seafood such as tuna, scallops or Atlantic Salmon. Drink now – 2019+
2010 Waipara Springs Sauvignon | Gris – New varietal, limited availability*
A traditional blend from Europe. This unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris has tropical fruit aromas and hints fresh pear and nectarine. It is a crisp off dry wine with a well balanced palate and great minerality. Food: Enjoy with your favorite seafood or chicken dish. Drink now – 2012
2011 Waipara Springs Sauvignon Blanc - New release*
This elegant expression of Sauvignon Blanc exhibits fresh aromas of passionfruit and limes. The palate is focused, vibrant and balanced with a crisp minerality derived from our limestone rich soils. 2010 Waipara Springs Premo Pinot Noir – Pre release
This is an elegant, velvety wine with hints of dark cherries and ripe plums. It is rich in fruit and complex earthy characters with ripe tannins and a balanced palate with fine acidity. One for the cellar, but is already drinking beautifully. Food: Match with delicate red meats and game meats, particularly venison. Drink now - 2019+
