2010 Waipara Springs Premo Chardonnay 91/100

Coming from Mendoza clone fruit and barrel fermented in French barriques, 15% new, the 2009 Premo Chardonnay offers delicate, restrained notes of lemon curd and peach blossom with a little toasted almond and touch of fresh bread. Full bodied, rich and tightly-knit, it has a wonderfully creamy texture and is well balanced by crisp acidity, finishing long and yeasty / savory with hint of grapefruit. Consider drinking this one 2012 to 2016+.

2009 Waipara Springs Premo Pinot Noir 91/100

Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2009 Premo Pinot Noir presents ripe cherry, pomegranate cinnamon stick note with an undercurrent of violets and toast. Medium bodied with good mid-palate concentration and smooth tannins, it has refreshing acidity that gives a harmonious lift throughout the long, layered finish. Approachable now, it should drink nicely through 2015+.

2009 Waipara Springs Premo Dry Riesling 91/100

Naturally fermented with indigenous yeast, the 2009 Premo Dry Riesling offers lovely lemon / lime and orange blossom notes with a whiff of acacia honey. Dry, crisp and clean, the palate is very citrusy with some mandarin peel hints and a long steely finish. Approachable now, it should cellar to 2016+.
