2011 Air New Zealand Wine Awards

Pure Gold Medal - Waipara Springs 2010 Premo Chardonnay

Our Premo Chardonnay 2010 has received a Pure Gold Medal at the 2011 Air New Zealand Wine Awards. 'An elegant wine, showing subtle aromas of stone fruit, cashew and oatmeal. The palate is concentrated and beautifully textured with perfectly pitched acidity.'

Cellar Club Memberships and packs

Our October Cellar Club packs have now been sent to all Cellar Club members. Cellar Club members have the opportunity to receive wines yet to be released and can make requests for preferred varieties.

Memberships can be purchased at any time and make a unique Christmas gift. Minimum membership is 12 months, which entitles the member to two packs for $110 at the time of each despatch ($220 total per year). Members also receive 25% discount on takeaway wine, 15% discount on mail orders and 15% discount (up to $25 per membership) at Waipara Springs Restaurant during normal operating hours.

Membership forms are available via return email or online.

Restaurant Bookings for November and December

If you are looking to come to Waipara Springs before Christmas (as we hope you are), enquiries and bookings are strongly recommended as we are fully booked on some days. There is still some space available for larger groups and functions, but enquiries now are strongly encouraged. Set menus are available.

Wine orders for the United Kingdom

If you wish to send a gift of our wine to the UK this Christmas, please let us know by return email and we can send you an order form. A wide range of Waipara Springs and Bascand wines is available and can be charged in Pounds.

Waipara Springs Summer Festival

Tickets are now selling for Waipara Springs Summer Festival on Sunday 5 February. $25 per ticket or $200 for 10 tickets (only 250 tickets available - advance sales only). Children free with any adult. Ticket price includes entry, glass and entertainment. To purchase tickets, visit our online shop or email us back and we can send you an order form and tickets will be mailed to you.
