Food & Wine Matching Success
Waipara Springs Wines held its inaugural Food & Wine matching evening on 27 November. The event was a great success and was well attended by cellar club members and their guests and local residents.
Guests were treated to a glass of 2005 Premo Riesling on arrival. This wine recently won a Gold medal at the 2009 Air New Zealand Wine Awards (limited quantities are available from our online shop).
The food & wine matches that followed are outlined at the end of this newsletter.
