2014 Waipara Springs Reserve (Premo) Waipara Pinot Noir New Vintage
This wine has been crafted from some of the oldest vines in the Waipara Valley grown on clay and limestone rich soils. Brambly dark berry fruits, cherry with hints of toasty savoury oak intermingle on the nose. The palate is well-balanced and concentrated, showing hints of spice, liquorice, toasty oak and rich dark berry flavours. There is a minerality through the palate which marries well with the wines smooth tannins and balanced acidity providing a rich and persistent finish. This wine will reward patient cellaring. 2015 Waipara Springs Waipara Pinot Noir New Vintage
Dark crimson in hue. Big ripe forest berry fruit aromas with savory, spice notes. Full, well-structured tannins with balance and weight, creating a tasty lingering finish. This wine will reward with Patient cellaring

2015 Waipara Springs Reserve (Premo) Waipara Chardonnay New Vintage
35-year-old un-grafted Mendoza clone Chardonnay vines, have produced a wine of intensely concentrated flavours and aromas. Un-fined juice with full solids underwent 'wild fermentation' in French oak barriques to create a wine of structure and complexity. This beautifully balanced Chardonnay is showing subtle aromas of toasted almond and brioche.
The palate is rich and balanced with great minerality, which is built around the ripe phenolic structure of this wine.
This wine will reward patient cellaring. Food: Match with chicken or vegetable pasta dishes.
2013 Waipara Springs Waipara Rose Summer Special
Beautiful grapefruit pink in colour. This wine shows lifted floral notes with touches of spice and fresh peach skin. The palate is crisp and slightly off dry in style with great texture and finesse. Food: Serve this wine chilled and enjoy its youthful fruitiness. Perfect as a summer aperitif or match with a light salad or fruit and cheese.
2009 Waipara Springs Reserve (Premo) Waipara Dry Riesling Cellar Special
This intense Riesling made in an Old World style shows the true potential of this Classic variety. Aromas of spice and flint show the purity that Riesling achieves when handled with a minimalist approach. The palate is rich in both texture and concentration with good acidity and subtle complexities, making this a wine that is approachable now but in time will reward greatly.
