Ripe fruit was harvested in perfect condition to produce a powerful yet elegant style of Gewrztraminer.

Orange blossom, honey and toast, and freshly baked gingerbread lead this delicately scented wine to a generously spicy and textured palate. This wine will reward cellaring.

Anything spicy! Spicy Asian style dishes (particularly Thai) or Mexican/Spanish dishes.
