Cellar Notes

The grapes for this wine were harvested in good condition. The juice was pressed to tank and lightly fined and cold settled. The juice was racked and inoculated with cultured yeast and underwent a cool fermentation. Once the desired residual sugar level was achieved the wine was cooled and had S02 added to stop fermentation. The wine spent some time on lees and was bottled in the following summer.

Tasting Notes

This Medium styled Riesling exhibits aromas of limes with subtle peach notes. The palate is fresh with balanced acidity and finishes with a touch of sweetness.

Food: Afternoon sipping on its own, fruit, cheeses or light Asian style meals.
