Rates are managed in the CMS. The delivery costs below are read live from the delivery products in the CMS — to change a rate, update it there and this page will reflect it automatically.
We deliver Waipara Springs wines and gin across New Zealand. Delivery cost depends on your delivery address.
Delivery costs
South Island Urban: $12.00
South Island Rural: $17.00
North Island Urban: $16.00
North Island Rural: $21.00
A person aged 18 or over with current ID must be present to accept delivery of alcohol.
International orders
We deliver within New Zealand only. To have our wines sent overseas, order through Wine Collective Direct — they ship New Zealand wine to international customers and handle duty, delivery and the paperwork. Their delivery destinations, costs and timeframes are set by them.
Pick up
There is no charge for pick-up orders. Pick-up orders must be paid for online before collection, and no additional products can be added at the time of pickup. Pick up is required on the day and time you have chosen. The person collecting must be over 18 with current ID and able to show their confirmation email.
Delivery delays
We endeavour to deliver all orders within a reasonable time. However, delays may arise in some circumstances, for example where credit card or delivery details are incomplete or incorrect, where card authorisation is refused, or where an order includes unusual requests.
Returns & damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days at cafe@waiparasprings.co.nz and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Change of mind
As we sell alcohol, we are generally unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched. This does not affect your rights for faulty or damaged goods above.
