These terms govern your use of the Waipara Springs website and any purchase you make through it. By using this site you agree to them, and to comply with all applicable laws when using the site and dealing with us.
You must be 18 or over
You must not access, browse, or use this website unless you are 18 years of age or over. We will not sell or supply, or arrange the sale or supply of, alcohol to anyone under 18. By placing an order and agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you, and any person you are ordering on behalf of, are 18 years of age or over. A person aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery of alcohol.
Liquor licence
Licence holder: Aroha New Zealand Wines Limited. Licence number: 57/OFF/456/2025. Expiry: 12 March 2028. You can view a copy of our off-licence here.
Pricing & product availability
All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. We make every effort to display prices correctly, but if a price is incorrect we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that price. If a product you have ordered has been incorrectly priced, we will contact you to offer the correct price or to cancel the order.
Bookings & memberships
Restaurant bookings, event bookings, and wine club memberships are subject to availability and to any additional terms provided at the time of booking or sign-up.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
